Brilliant service. Very reliable

Everything went well.No any problem.Good connections in the different parts of Japan

The staff went above to help us when our flight was delayed and we missed being able to collect from the airport. Our Sim and portable wireless device was waiting for us at our Hotel all arranged very last minute. Highly recommend.

Ordered before I left home, was at the hotel waiting when I checked in and provided reliable internet access everywhere we went (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka). Would definitely use them next time in Japan!

Ive used Japan Wireless on 3 separate trips to Japan now. The convenience of pick up at the Airport post office makes the whole ordeal so simple and saves on time. The devices and auxilary battery work to perfection. A full charge on the device and aux battery will last 12-18hours depending on use. The signal is strong and only ever breaks up when in underground railways which is understandable. Ive never lost coverage when above ground from Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, to Fukuoka!. The return process is super simple, pack it back in the supplied envelope and drop off at any post office before your return trip back home. Highly recommend wifi service over purchasing a SIM vard if staying in japan for less than a month.
