Been to Japan numerous time and have been using Japan Wireless each time I am there. Easy pick up and return. WIFI worked well for 3 to 4 devices from Tokyo to Kyushu. Prompt customer support.

Great connection experience as usual except in some areas as we travel from Takayama to Nagoya.

I always get my pocket wifi from japan wireless. Transaction is very smooth and easy to claim the unit from the information center at the airport just right after you get out of the immigration. And the drop box to return the unit is also right before you enter at the arrival area at fukuoka airport. Thank you japan wireless. Our stay in fukuoka was superv
