No setup needed, works from collection. Return simple.

Perfect as always!!!

Easy pick up at airport.

Our group had fun using your service. We would order again knce we go back.

Simple to pick up and return in Narita Aiport. Worked well with good reception everywhere we went (except of course some parts of the underground metro!). The battery lasted nearly the whole day each time without us turning it off at all. Easy to keep it running all day if you turn it off periodically or have any kind of portable battery with you. Would definitely use again.

We want to thank Japan Wireless for helping to make our 20-day trip to Japan so pleasurable and productive. The pocket Wi-Fi and translator we rented worked perfectly!

Super easy and economical option for a family. Worked flawlessly over two weeks of use.

Will get it again from you when I go back to Japan! Love it!!!

Love the ease of renting a Wifi unit, comes delivered to airport or your hotel (depending on location). Package comes with everything you need to get started and easy to return with self paid package! Had no problems with usage, highly recommended with great reasonable prices!

Everything was straightforward and easy, from picking up the device at the airport counter after landing to dropping it of in the enclosed envelope at the airport mailbox prior to departing. Definitely no regrets about getting one either. The next time I visit, I will be sure to get one again because that's how good and reliable it was! Thank you!! 😊
