Every step was so easy in renting pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Ordering is very easy to do online. Pick up directions are easy to follow and return is very convenient. Highly recommend!

used this on a recent 2 week trip to sapporo, osaka, tokyo. worked flawlessly. came with a spare battery bank but i never had to use it as the built in battery lasted the entire day. highly recommend

Having a pocket wifi when visiting Japan was very useful. I appreciated that it was easy to pick up at the airport and drop off when we were returning home. My only complaint is the charger which accompanied the wifi never seemed to charge the pocket wifi when we needed it the most, so there were a few occasions we struggled without it. If given a choice, I would still rent a pocket wifi.

We were able to explore using online maps and not fear getting lost. Google maps isn't the best in Japan, but we were able to find our way because of the wireless.

Easy ordering, shipment and retourning of the WiFi module

Easy pick up and activation. Worked across the whole country with no disruptions. Even came with back up battery. I recommend adding the pocket translator for two dollars a day. Saved me several times in rural areas.
