We rented a pocket wifi for a week and had no issues with the five of us staying connected in Tokyo or Kyoto.

I had service everywhere I went. The speed was moderately slow but I would definitely purchase the service again.

The wifi provided reliable connection throughout my stay in Japan. Good service.

I recommend this service. Delivery and return of the wifi pocket and translator was simple and easy. Their use was essential, especially that of the pocket wifi which I highly recommend.

First time to try Japan Wireless in Tokyo and quite satisfied. I'll definitely use the service again when in Japan. Thank you Japan Wireless :)

Very convenient pick up at the airport. Fast and great service.

3 things are good :
1. price-performance ratio is very good.
2. signal coverage is wide. I was in Hokkaido, Mountain Fuji, still has strong signal.
3. Bandwidth is good

Excellent and fast Wi-fi I’ve used no matter where I went in Japan I was able to use it whenever and whenever I am very glad I chose Japan wireless.
