The wifi strength was very good even when we had 2-3 deviced accessing it. We had no interruption for 10 days.

Worked well. Easy pick up.

Nothing to say except it was perfect! I highly recommend!

Wifi was at my hotel when I arrived
Worked well but does need the use of the provided battery backup to use it for 8 hours. Return was simple, just dropped into Japan post box at the airport in preaddressed envelope included with rental.

Excellent. Will deal with again

Japan Wireless made my experience simple and effortless. With reliable high-speed internet throughout my stay I had no issues being able to connect and access the things I needed on multiple devices. The receiving of the package and return was simple to handle mailing.

Our group of 6 was able to use and maximize the wifi without any problems. Pick up and drop off is very easy and convenient.

Fast response email.
Step by step easily using in Japan
Minimum 8 hour operation no problem

Great customer service and great pocket wifi

Wifi is dependable at all time: pick up and drop is very convenient
