excellent service, we had no problems

17 days in Japan and we were tossing up between SIM and pocket WiFI. Glad we went with pocket WiFI. Lasted all day easily, small to carry around and network performance was great

The internet hotspot was great!

It was there when I arrived at hotel worked perfectly and easy to return. Just dropped in hotel mailbox.

This was my first time to Japan and decided to go with them because I heard the wifi was fast. I am so happy I went with them. I found their service counter easily at Haneda Airport. I had a typo on my name but it wasn't too big of a deal. We were able to turn it on and take a pic of the QR code and we were up and running. My entire trip I never lost battery nor wifi coverage, being that i charged it every night. They give you an envelope and instructions on how and were to return which we did at Haneda Airport. Will definitely go with them again

I am so glad I got this device it made my trip so much easier.

Picked up Wi-Fi device from Post Office at Terminal 2. Device worked perfectly, was easy to set-up and operate. Returning the device was even easier, straight into the post box at Terminal 3 in the Food Court. Will defiantly use Japan Wireless again, I highly recommend them. Thank-you

Great service!
I had a good wifi connection all over Japan. Some hotels even in the big city like Kyoto, had really poor wifi connection. So even in hotels I used the wifi of Japan Wireless. It comes with a powerbank, cable and an adapter. The adapter had 2 openings so I could charge both the powerbank and something else at the same time. Really convenient because not al hotels offer USB-c or USB charging portals.

I had the option for multiple devices on the wifi so more than once I provided some wifi help to others who had problems with their E-sim

Would recommend and I would order again!
I let the delivery take place at my hotel, I just could pick it up at the reception.
For the retour, I asked the reception where there are mailboxes and it went really smooth!

Simple and easy process to collect and return.
The only set back was encountered two times connection interruptions.
1st incident when start up and second times when in the middle of navigation.
Overall, still very satisfy with overall performance and service.
