It was very easy to pick up & return. No issues with wifi - good connection

Ordering was easy, we picked it up at our hotel, used it for two weeks with our family, and returned it effortlessly at the airport.

Inexpensive option for fast reliable 4G in Japan for a group of people. Battery lasted all day and they provide a battery if you do need a charge. Overall highly recommend.

Very good WiFi, stable and reliable. Used it for a full month in Japan and I often used it instead of the local WiFi options that I had, because it was faster and had a better connection. Can only recommend it.

This device is a game changer. Worked everywhere, including on many subway lines. Battery easily lasts all day. Light and compact, you won't even know you're carry it. Easy return in postage paid envelope.

I had no issues while traveling out in Tokyo, and was pretty fast Internet. Both me and my friend used it with and still work wonderful. Will use again.
