we have used this service when visiting Japan (5 times now - 2x times after 2022 pandemic) I recommend visitors to use this portable service when visiting Japan. It is convenient to use, easy on the budget and the return task is no problem.

The pocket wifi service was fantastic -- easy pickup at the airport, worked perfectly (I never even needed the extra battery), and dropped it in the mail just before my flight. Highly recommended!
