Worked great and was easy to use.

Solid service throughout our trip including up in the Mountains. Very easy to use, pick-up and drop-off were extremely straightforward.

Highly recommend this company and product second time using and no problems with internet anywhere we went in Japan. Great communication from Team and putting it in mailbox at airport for return was easy. Will definitely use on our next visit Big Thankyou

Great reliable. All over Japan. Fast internet for multiple people in the group. Definitely saved us on multiple times. Battery life was not the best.

Airport pick up was quick and easy. The instructions were clear, and I was able to connect right away. Wifi worked no matter where I was in the city.

Everything was clear on how to get it and worked perfectly during our stay. 10/10

We rented a pocket wifi for two weeks during our trip to Japan. It was very reliable and easy to use. We had no issues and would highly recommend it!

The wifi worked perfectly well. In addition, the customer service was very efficient: When I noticed on the first day that the cord of the charger was damaged, I contacted Japan Wireless and they sent me a whole new set the following day.

Streamed unlimited content across Japan in a bunch of areas. I have used this service over the last 8 years and will continue to use it!

Servizio eccellente di consegna (noi lo abbiamo ritirato in aeroporto). Facile da usare. Batteria perfetta: durava tutto il giorno, senza bisogno di ricaricarla (power bank comunque dato in dotazione)
