Very dependable network access. Whether on the bullet train or hiking in remote area we were always connected. A bit pricey. Wish it was more affordable.

This was my third visit to Japan, and my third time buying Japan-wireless. Again the access, operation, and return of the ‘pocket wifi’ was seamless and perfect!
The mobile hotspot arrangement was simple and convenient. The device was at our hotel in Tokyo when we arrived and it was simple to connect to, charge, and return via the envelope provide. The hotspot worked very well, all things considered. Service was spotty in a few places, particularly when the device was in a backpack, but we would definitely use one again on any subsequent trips.
From the beginning the process was easy and efficient. Charged exactly what was advertised , service was reliable and they even delivered and had the wireless router at our hotel waiting for us!
I would use this service again for sure

Both their SIM and portable WiFi are a great way to stay connected with family, emails, etc. While on the go. Super easy to use, unit battery and spare battery last an extremely long time and returning it is a breeze! Highly Recommend!
The wifi and translation devices are so user-friendly. It was so easy to pick-up and drop-off the devices.
We can easily communicate with the locals and find our ways to different places we would like to go.
We really enjoyed our travel in Japan. Our over-all travel experience is superb! 🥰

The mobile Hotspot was extremely convenient and reliable. It was easy to use and I was able to have multiple devices connected with no impact on internet speed. I had full signal bars everywhere I went
It worked as expected. I used this service more than 10 times and I am very happy about its function and easiness to use. The only issue is the package was not delivered to me on time (2 days of delay), which never happened in the past. This is not a responsibility of Japan Wireless, but the delivery company they used.
