great fast and easy way to get service during your stay in Japan. We had great wifi all over. Will use on our next trip.

Easy and convenient to use. Excellent connection at a very affordable. They delivered the unit to my hotel before my arrival. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely use this on my next visit.

no hiccups, easy to use, very convenient, no worries! thanks Japan Wireless!

Very reliable wireless specially in tokyo

Everything was smooth, pickup from airport, device worked perfectly, drop off was also great with just everything into an envelope.
Highly recommended.

Perfect experience. All went as expected!

Everything perfect.

Works without any problems.

The entire process was so easy from the order, to pick up, turning it on and returning it. Lasted all day long with our four phones and never had a break in service. Definitely recommend

We used this throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, Osaka, and even in this park. Four people connected at once and always worked. Would highly recommend!
