The pickup booth in the airport was easy to find. And dropping off was easy as well. The service also worked flawlessly during my entire trip.
The perfect way to have internet in Japan as a visitor. Pocket wi-fi is a must for a trip in Japan and this model is really easy to pick-up, use and give back.
The whole process is quite simple, from the online reservation, having the device sent to the hotel, and return via postal service. The device works quite well and Japan Wireless has the best pricing. I've had to travel to Japan 6 times since 2022 and have rented from them 4 times.
Unkomplizierte Abholung am Flughafen und ab da sofort Internetzugang. Wir hatten nie Empfangsprobleme auch nicht bei einer Wanderung in Kamakura. WirelessBox war nicht größer als eine kleine Powerbank. Am Ende des Urlaubs einfach in den mitgelieferten Umschlag in einen Briefkasten werfen und fertig.
The wireless device is portable and convenient for our use. It was sent to the hotel prior to our arriving, provided us all time to access the internet. We are easy to return it with the envelope which was arrived together with the device. That is really great experience.

Found this pocket wifi easy to pick up at Narita Airport, and later rerun at an airport postbox. Worked well, recommend charging overnight
Visited several cities with coverage working throughout. Even worked in less urban areas -Hakone & Snow Monkies. Pick up as described in email. Delayed flight meant possibility of not being able to pick up from planned location. Prompt response as to options for rearranging (didn’t need to in the end). Battery lasted all day with 3 phones using internet (didn’t stream that often).
