Definitely the way to go when travelling in Japan. Bombproof wireless data wherever we went

Easy to use , fast and reliable. Easy to pick up and return. Been using them for a long time.

It’s so convenient and easy to use.
Receiving and returning of the unit is hassle free!

I’ve used these portable wireless packs on 2 trips now. So easy to pick up, use, and send back!

Simple pick up and I left the return envelope a the hotel front desk to return for me. All went smoothly.

I found out about pocket wifi through a Japanese travel agency in Australia . It was the perfect solution for all our travelling data needs for an adult family of 5. Easy to collect , use and return. Highly recommend

I have used this service twice. Pickup, return, and service throughout worked seamlessly.

Easy set up in Japan. E-Sim is a simple and easy solution. Connection was fast for 99% of the time. Will use again when in Japan.

The service of the WiFi is great for the entire time we are in Japan. They are also very understanding and considerate as well on the adjustment we need to return the WiFi.

signal isuperb and the extra powerbank is a big help ❤️
