Delivered in just 3 days to my hostel, installed without any difficulty. And no issue with data usage. GPS positionning was a bit vague in Tokyo but that's all. In short, it is a reliable internet access solution for travellers for managing the trip, messaging, sending pictures to relatives and so on. Surely not the best for watching videos or gaming though. But I highly recommend it over the largely overpriced Pocket Wifi solutions.

Excellent, lifesaver!

Having a solid, high-speed connection during my first trip to Japan allowed me to navigate and translate with speed and efficiency. I tell everyone how Japan Wireless was such a great service and convenience.

I got the 5G Unlimited plan, and it worked flawlessly with fast speeds for streaming/downloading YouTube videos on the go, playing mobile games and whatever I needed. Worked really good for hot-spotting my MacBook, and was super easy to set up! Definitely using this eSIM the next time I’m visiting in Japan

Easy pick up and drop off! Never was without WiFi in Japan, and never had to activate our international phone plans for data. Saved hundreds of dollars for a two week trip and a family of five all using the WiFi. Highly recommend!
