We traveled to Japan for two weeks. My family included 5 people with smart phones. We rented two units to maintain connection while we traveled through Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe.

We had a great experience as we were connected through all but the most remote areas and were able to use our wifi to navigate the train system and the regions we visited.

I highly recommend!

So happy to have wifi Japan Wireless with us. Must have to move and to obtain easly travell infos

We used it for 15 days, collected the SIM card at the airport and everything went perfectly.

The device worked really well. It was easy to set up and use and easy to send back through the post after use.

great service, up to 10 devices, works acrross Japan including okinawa, very usefull to have easy constant online connection (for example for travel connections searches, translations, etc). Hand over and return back handy on airport.

Such a great idea and proved an essential tool for our trip to Japan. Unlimited data, long battery life and great coverage.

Worked always very well in all the locations in Japan

Easy to pick up and return back. Always up and running. The perfect way for a family to be connected all day long.

I used this device for three weeks in a row without any sort of problems; it quaranteed a nice holiday without hiccups.

I was very satisfied with the service. The package was already in my hotel when I arrived. We travelled with our two children and the device was perfect as we could use it with our whole family. When travelling across the country by Shinkansen the kids used it to connect their iPads. It was the second time we used Japan wireless. Would use it ever again
