Easy at this company. Only sent email and one same day full amount of money back. This is good customer support.

I had mine for 19days and it was the best decision. It worked great all the time except for one incident where it just stopped. But their Service was so nice, that they even offered to send me a new one, which was not even necessary, because mine started to work again after I took out the battery and put it back in.
I had connection everywhere, even in the Metro and on the mountain. The 99% were pretty much 100% to me.

Picked up at Narita Terminal 2 post office (I didn't think to look up the terminal map so finding the post office was the hardest thing about the process. It's located in the 3rd floor of the International Departure Lobby ... ticketing/check-in area towards column A). Pick up was easy and once connected, the speed was as fast as my Xfinity connection back home. The included battery pack made sure we were connected the whole day and connection was speedy pretty much everywhere we went (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Lake Kawaguchi). Charge both hotspot and battery pack overnight and you're ready for another full day of wandering. Great service for a great price!!

The included power bank won't charge my phone but everything else is good.
