Good very reliable and battery lasts for a long time

So useful to have a reliable Internet connection wherever I went - and the battery was amazingly durable. I always had the backup battery but never needed to use it, even on long days of exploring with lots of navigation I still had 30% left when I got back to hotel in the evening. Great service, I’d use it again.

The product was delivered beforehand to our hotel which made it very easy to pick up. Easy to put in the bag and good wi-fi speed, we’re happy!

This device has been very useful for my 9 days trip in Japan. It even came with a back up battery charger. We traveled as a family of four, and everyone was able to access internet through out the trip without any problem. Cost could be a little lower, but the present deal still very valuable.

Overall an excellent product. Glad we had the power pack to power the pocket wifi in the afternoon. The pocket wifi was also useful to charge my phone.

I wish there were two wires and adapters to charge the wifi and power pack at night. Luckily I had my own chord and outlet adapter so I could charge both using electricity at night.

Loved that it was unlimited wifi GB and worked in the rural areas well...and it didnt matter where in Japan I was. Liked that so many could use the wifi at the same time and speed was fast.

Retrieval and return was easy. Loved that you could pick up and drop off at the airport.

I have been on a 21 day vacation to Japan and the product and plan met my needs perfectly, whether it was in a city or in more remote locations I was covered. Picking up from the airport took no time at all and within moments I had my phone connected to the WiFi hot-spot. Would use this again and will be recommending it to others visiting Japan.

Went to Japan for the first time, enjoyed my time up there. The ordering process was simple, though I did manage to forget to put in the hotels address. They were fast to respond. Everything was painless and smooth!!
