The best

Nothin to complain about. The actual router was much smaller and lighter than I expected. It arrived on time to my hotel with a nice case and extra battery pack as advertised. It lasted for all of a 14-15 hour day before needing to be charged again. I will definitely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Japan and will use it again on our next trip.

Great and convenient to use. pickup and drop off is a breeze

I wasn't sure how vital having this would be, but having just gotten back from Japan on our first ever trip there I can say I would never go back without it. Having steady, fast internet access EVERYWHERE we went was incredibly useful. Picking it up and dropping it off after our trip was also really really convenient. 5 stars.

I had signal everywhere !!!

The only problem is remembering to charge everything. It's very cool that they also include a spare power pack. You end up having to carry all the cords, too. But it's great to have when you are out about town, and you need recharge the phone and/or the pocket wifi. Very glad we had this.

Reliable service - I had it delivered to my hotel, and it was already at front desk when I checked in. Overall, everything went smoothly... Wifi works but half way through my rental period I had trouble sending pictures or posting media content (maybe there was a cap although it's unlimited? Regular messaging service still worked). Easy return - I like how they send constant reminders/email to let you know what to do.

Easy, convenient, no problem.

We picked up the device at the airport and eventually dropped it in the mailbox in the airport. Easy to connect, excellent data service, rather small and light device. Great price!

While I was visiting Tokyo Disneyland, the Pocket WiFi device was great at providing me reliable WiFi for use in the park. Battery life was great, service was great. Highly recommended!
