It worked well and had good connectivity. The battery life was not good though

Connection is great, speed also very good. The battery lasted about 8 hours. I didn't get to use the extra battery because I was carrying one of my own. Pickup and return system also very good, went smoothly without any problems.

Worked great, very fast, reasonable price, and easy drop off/send back. Would definitely book again!

Customer service was very precise
in instructions to pick up and
drop off devices. All pieces that were needed were in packet. More then
willing to help. The one day discount
was a nice surprise. Have not confirmed discount but I’m sure it
will show on next Credit Card billing.
Thank you

I have ordered this pocket WiFi hot spot from Japan Wireless half a dozen times. The signal is strong, the battery long-lasting, and they continually upgrade their devices. Delivery is always on time, and the return could not be easier. It even arrives with a charged power bank! I'm very pleased.

It did exactly what it was supposed to!

No problem during 3weeks

Is easy to order, easy to pick up, easy to connect and easy to return.

Easy to pick up prepaid sim from Haneda Airport. Had no problems at all. Used for Google Maps, Skype, emails, games, husband tethered from my phone.
Travelled Tokyo, Hakone, Lake Kawaguchiko, Gotemba, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto and sometimes picked up a signal when on a Princess cruise ship when travelling along the coast. Also used when travelling on the JR train pass.
Very happy & excellent value.

The device supported us always with the necessary WLAN for navigation or information through many different locations across Japan. Even in a deep forest on top of a mountain the device provided a stable connection.

The service was all the time contactable via email and send us a new device in less than 24 h after our broke.
