Best decision to go with Japan Wireless easy and very reliable had no problems easy to use and the price was great

Japan wireless were quick with sending the router out despite ordering last minute before our trip. We collected it at our hotel where they shipped it to. Set up is hassle free and easy to use. Their customer service is fantastic with quick responses by email. We had coverage throughout the whole trip with fast internet all the time. Definitely recommended!!!

I got this for one month and went various places with it, it has signal everywhere except for when a train goes through a tunnel or something like that, but even on the subway it has connection.
And I didn't have any issues in all my stay

Easy airport pickup and drop off, reliable connection, and the battery can actually last an entire day (I did turn it off every time I charged it at night). The tracking number was very late because they were apparently shorthanded, but they were nice even when I was being impatient and the package did arrive at the airport before we landed. We were able to enjoy our trip with a lot of thanks to the connection the wifi provided!

The battery life was a bit short and had to be recharged frequently

I preordered a data SIM card and was able to pick it up at Narita airport after I had landed. Because I can't speak Japanese I can safely say that this SIM card saved my vacation, because I would never have been able to use Japan's public transport system without access to Google maps!
