Overall a good product, it did give us wifi the week we were in Japan and the charger that was included was very useful halfway through the day. We stayed out from early morning until the evenings and with the charger didn't have to worry about running out of power. However, the wifi would randomly 'disconnect' at times throughout the day. The device was on, but it had to be taken out of the backpack or pocket it was in before the connection worked again on our phones or devices. This was really the only inconvenience that happened periodically throughout the trip while using this device. Overall, a solid purchase and it was nice to be connected while in Japan.

Easy to use, good battery life and even got a portable battery pack added in. Will definitely use again during my next trip to Japan

When we got to our hotel our WiFi was at the front desk and it took less than a minute to set up and be ready to go! It helped us stay connected and had super reliable service on our long trip! Would 100% use again. (Also has great battery life, they included a backup battery pack but we rarely even needed it)

This wifi pocket is great. So convenient! It was two of us using it. We had wifi everywhere. And you really need wifi in Japan to go around. The battery last quite long almost the whole day. Definitely worth it. So easy to pick up at the airport in the post office. And also very easy to return.

This is my second time ordering WiFi portable from Japan Wireless abd both were of great experience. About 4 years ago i asked them to delivered to my first hotel abd there it was..waiting for me at receptionist. The second time i asked them to delivered it at Narita Post Office abd soon as the PostOffice opened (i was their first customer) there it was again. So convenient.
The wireless device was great, i used it with my friends all day from 08.00 untill averagely 21.00 and there's always about 30% battery left on device. Never we use the powerbank that included on the package.
At the last day we sealed the return envelop and gave it again to Narita PostOffice , left as satisfied customer.

Excellent device, we had very good wifi coverage during our 3-week trip in Japan. Easy to use, and even got a powerbank delivered to be able to use the device the full day. Excellent service, the pickup and also the return are well arranged. I can recommend Japan Wireless to everyone!

Good product. Does what it says on the tin. Need to be aware that not all areas will have coverage for connection though.

Great wifi! No problems with the wifi pocket. However, I got an external battery to charge the wifi but it wasn't working properly unless you had to hold it a certain way.
