This product is a convenient size, performs well with a good range, and comes with a convenient extra battery. I was very satisfied with this product.

Found product easy to setup and use.

This device worked perfectly for me. I would recommend to anyone.

Simply perfect!

this was the second time using jw, again super satisfied, wide coverage, strong connection and amazing battery life, ive been traveling with it a lot without problems, tokyo, osaka, nara, kyoto, hakone, sapporo and area of fuji five lakes never had any problems, thank you

Worked very well with four devices connected. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this service. Easy to use, works flawlessly. When I got a notice that I was out of data and it wouldn't work, I sent a panicked email to JP Wireless (of course it was on a Saturday night). In about 2 few hours I got a response on how to reset it. I didn't realize until I was packing everything up to return that they included the instructions on how to reset (its on the back)! Amazing battery life. Only had to use a backup charger on rare occassions. Fast, unlimited wifi. Easy return and the price was a tremendous value. Absolutely loved it and can't recommend to others enough! Thank you!

I took this device around with me everywhere I went. I had some issues with the external battery pack where it wouldn't charge the device but had my own battery pack which worked out fine.

Complete and easy to use product.
Punctuality of the reception at our hotel.
Simplicity of restitution. In the top !

The Japan Wireless pouch containing the wi-fi router, charger, USB cable, backup battery, and clear instructions was awaiting my arrival at my hotel in Tokyo. Fast and easy set-up, brilliant coverage with multiple users and devices everywhere we went to in Japan. The compact router fit unobtrusively in my inner jacket pocket. Easy and convenient return at the airport. Fabulous product; fabulous service!
