Great service and product!

It worked grear. Only one time I had ro reset it as it did not connect to the network. The akku holds only 10 hours, having the powerback attached is great.

Best money spent on the trip! Very convenient to have for multiple people.

Very easy to use and excelent coverage

We found the wifi router from Japan Wireless was excellent. It gave us all the wifi we needed. When we left our hotel, we carried the router in a backpack, and it powered all the data we required on both our phones. It recharged very quickly on hotel power, and we didn't need to use the compact battery pack that was supplied. The only problem was that the router was not waiting for us when we arrive at our airport hotel at Osaka on a Sunday night. We had received an email saying it had been dispatched to our hotel the previous Thursday, so we thought it had been lost. As we planned to leave our hotel at 10am on Monday, it was very stressful. We sent emails to Japan Wireless and asked our hotel to chase it up. After a few phone calls, the router arrived at the hotel just in time for our departure! After that, everything worked like a charm. I understand it's pretty rare for for delivery to be delayed (perhaps a weekend and the cherry blossom tourist season were factors), but it's worth allowing an extra day just in case. We had booked the router well in advance; it was just the delivery that took longer than it should have.

Easy to order and the device was waiting at our hotel when we checked in. The hotel also took care of posting it back when we return to Tokyo to the same hotel. Definitely need the back up battery as it sometimes went flat quickly. Was great as the kids had access whilst we had data sims.
