Awesome and reliable, delivered to my hotel and I was able to drop off at airport. Smooth process of ordering, receiving delivery and drop off.

It's been the best decision to pick up pocket wifi for our Japan trip!! Great connectivity even in Tokyo metro platforms which are two levels down. Two thumbs up for service!!

All good. Super easy.

very good service, price according to service. Extra battery no needed.
Signal everywhere (exept in tunnels, of course!!!)

My phone company would not unlock my phone so a SIM card was not an option. Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi provided badly needed Internet connection everywhere in Japan I went. Service was always great and Japan Wireless made pickup and return extraordinarily easy. Backup battery is very handy, possibly necessary, accessory included in rate

Extra battery pack was great. That made all the difference. Good speed even with 3 devices connected.

This is a great product to have while traveling throughout Japan.
So much easier than the hassle of finding and connecting to free wifi hotspots all the time and MUCH quicker.
The included battery is a nice addition as it allows for all day & night use.
Pre-paid envelope included for hassle free return.
Worth every cent.

The best I’ve used! So convenient, and the speed of the internet was always great! Thank you!

Worked flawlessly!

Recently went on a tour with my daughter to Japan and I figure I would order 2 of the pocket WiFi and it was the best decision! So many of my group were without WiFi. I felt so lucky to have had this product. It worked well and when fully charged it lasted a good amount of time during the day and it also came with a portable charger! The Price is right and shipping to hotel was so simple. They also include a prepaid postage envelope to ship items back. I truly recommend this Japan Wireless and their products. Japan wireless customer service is also A+. Great company! Thank you!
