Easy to pickup and return at the airport. Connection was always fast and stable. Extra battery was a nice plus.

The hardest part was finding the post office at the airport, but other than that everything worked out great. Easy to setup. 500 mb per day was good enough for me. I'd recommend!

I spent 7 days in Japan and the wifi worked perfectly everywhere! Great speed and the battery lasted the whole day in constant use. Totally recommend and will buy again next time I go to Japan.

Durata eccellente della batteria, copertura sbalorditiva, indispensabile per un magico viaggio.

Used this product for a recent holiday in Japan. Excellent product excellent service

It is the second time I use this service and I am equally satisfied.

We have been travelling through Japan for 2 weeks and used the wireless connection for navigation and information. It worked almost always, even on top of mount Fuji! The external battery is a must if you use the appliance heavily, but this was no problem for us. Great tool which I can advice everyone. Service was great, the wireless device was delivered at our hotel so when we checked in we could use it right away. When we left Japan, we dropped it in the mail! Easy peacy Japanesy! Thanks for your great service.

Personal WiFi is the best way to travel, period. You and your travel companions can stay connected EVERYWHERE in Japan with You own personal device. Tokyo to the slopes of Echigo, on the train on in the line at the shrine! This is the only way to travel!

Highly recommend, fast internet, long lasting battery life. Made getting around every day as well as staying in contact with friends/family back home extremely easy.

Ten out of ten would recommend! The service is great, and the product itself is amazing!
