Delivered to hotel as promised. Worked 99% of time. Dropped off at Narita Airport, using supplied mailer.

We were very pleased with everything having to do with Japan Wireless. The only thing I would change is that I wish they gave better directions to get to the Narita Airport Post Office. It's not that easy to find. But everything else was great!

long battery life, instant connection and easy operation. would recommend to anyone travelling through Japan.

Perfect service

Online process was easy. Picked up at the airport post office, just show passport and email. Wireless service was excellent. Battery life good, but if you are out all day you will need the extra battery which is provided.
