It was an asset. traveling in japan without having wifi would be very complicated for someone who does not speak the language. I highly recommend it, it worked perfectly. 5 stars without a doubt.

Long battery life, signal everywhere and good internet speed

I was skeptical about how well this pocket wifi would work when I ordered it but after using it for 2 weeks all over Japan, I’m a skeptic no more. My phone seemed like it never left the states (ie. LTE coverage) and I was also able to trade US markets on my laptop like I was back home. It’s a no brainer to rent this pocket wifi again when I’m back in Japan. Pickup and drop-off at Narita and Nagoya airports was extremely convenient. Nice job Japan Wireless!!

Unlimited internet in your pocket!

Second time using their services and again more than happy. As they give you the powerbank at no extra cost they do offer the best deal around. Pick-up is easy no matter if Narita or Hanedakuko and when you are done just put it in the envelope it comes with and into the mail box, easy.

We used the device for 2 weeks and it worked perfectly with all our wireless stuff. Delivery to our hotel was as promised, and the return was simple. When we changed hotels from Tokyo to Kyoto, I lost the directions and was able to get help in just a few minutes to get set up again.

Even in more remote areas. We couldn’t have done without it. The service was excellent
