We rented a Japanese Wireless pocket wifi unit for our 3-week trip within Japan, and would do so again. Easy pick-up at Narita Terminal 2 post office; easy set up and use of device; uninterrupted service; and easy return via return mail envelope (provided). Great service at a good price.

Easy to order and use, great price and service. We traveled throughout Tokyo and never had an issue with service. Download speeds are fast and it was so easy to use and return when we were done we would definitely use this service again.

This was really helpful to have while travelling around Japan - it was easy to use and came with instructions.
The only negatives were I had to have it delivered to my hotel because no place was open for me to pick it up when I arrived in Tokyo, and the portable battery was a bit heavy and large. It was manageable to carry everything I needed, but it would have been happier if the battery wasn't so bulky.
I would rent this from Japan Wireless again, and I am looking forward to seeing improvements in the equipment.

This was a great way to stay connected throughout my trip. Simple pickup at Narita Airport, and had great coverage from Tokyo all the way through Osaka and surrounding areas. Easy to pack up and return too, I will definitely use this again on my next trip!

It worked wonderfully wherever we went in Japan, and the charge lasted very long.

Awesome service and price!!!

So seamless, so easy! I picked it up from Haneda airport and dropped it off in a postal box in Kagoshima on my last day in Japan. Speeds were fast and I even had service while traveling through more remote areas of Shikoku and Kyushu. I can't recommend this service highly enough!
