WiFi was super fast. Battery never got drained. Never needed the use of the power pack. Excellent service. Delivery was prompt. Customer service answered all my questions adequately and promptly before I placed my order. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was travelling for 10 days in Japan, mostly in Tokyo and Sendai area and the wifi product I used was really useful. Setting it up is easy and it worked on all devices I had with me: phone, tablet laptop. The connection speed was excelent, we could all the three of us browse internet or watching different movies at the same time. The service was also excelent, we found our device at the hotel when we arrive in Tokyo and send it back via regular mail when leaving Japan at Haneda airport

This is working fantastic and very nice concept to get the device sent to the hotel. Returning it also to the hotel staff who put it on the post to return.
