Convenient and works fine. I was very satisfied.

I would recommend Japan Wireless mobile wi-fi instead of a SIM card if you are traveling with a spouse. Both parties can use it, and it worked great for us a very economical cost.

Great service from beginning to end.

We picked up our package at Sapporo airport and travelled around Hokkaido with it for 11 days and it kept us connected the entire time.

We then travelled to Tokyo with it and again experienced even better connectivity as we weren’t in the middle of nowhere in back roads like in Hokkaido.

This pocket wireless device worked very reliably and really well for the duration of my trip. It lasted for about 8 hours with heavy usage. It was extremely useful that it came with a battery to charge it while on the move. I would definitely rent from this company and use this device again. No issues.
