First Time to visit Japan, not familiar with anything at all. I found very good reviews about your service so I ordered it. After I landed at Narita Airport I quickly found my way to the Airport Post office where I picked the package. Everything was in order, I truly appreciated the power bank battery included and it became real handy. The internet speed was one of the best I have ever found, even faster than some wired connections. I will recommend your services and it was very easy to return it back to you. Thank you for your great service.

After a lot of research, I decided to rent a pocket Wi-FI with Japan wireless. I could have not been more satisfied. I placed the order online a week before my trip. When we arrive at our hotel it was waiting for me at reception. It came in a package with clear instructions to set it up (which was very easy) and a pre paid envelope to return it. We connected four devices and the internet was fast and reliable even while using the train and subway. We have perfect coverage in the 12 cities we visited in Japan. The pocket WI-FI was small to carry it and came with a an additional power bank free of charge. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again

Very easy to pickup and send back.
Power bank provided very useful.
A bit long sometime to get the carrier

Fue muy cómodo de usar, fácil de entender, la conexión es perfecta y la batería dura bastante (en cuanto lo cargas, todo el día). Además de cómodo para devolverlo en el propio aeropuerto, hasta el último día estuvimos conectados!!

For 2 weeks and between 3 people using it, this was a great choice for value and functionality. You never have to worry about being connected - as long as you use the provided battery pack if you're using it ALL day. Great choice, will definitely use again.

Una maravilla tener internet siempre, desde que pones el pie en el aeropuerto ya dispones de él y haces uso para buscar el hotel.

The service is awesome! I would definitely recommend it! It is exactly as the add says 'Anywhere in Japan'!

The Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi Unlimited is very convenient & highly recommended by me. I wish this system was available in every country.

This made our trip so much more convenient with constant internet by our side.

Thanks again!

Last summer, I had a great experience using Japan Wireless for my Pocket WiFi. The customer service was amazing, as I had a family emergency and has to cancel my trip. Japan Wireless was very understanding and offered me a full refund. When I did rebook my trip, Japan Wireless provided me with great service and I was very happy with the product. I just booked another trip to Japan and ordered my pocket wifi from them again!
