Good choice and price to use wifi on Japan

I bought the SIM as more convenient and not going to use much data whilst on the move! 500mb per day is more than enough for me. Delivered on time, easy to use with well given instructions. Even support before my purchase was awesome to ensure I was getting what I needed.

It was good to stay connected most of the time. The only issue I had was that I lost battery after I used it for about about 8 hours, so I needed to recharge it.

What an easy product to use. The only problem I had with it was trying to find where to pick it up in the airport. Besides that it was great. We had 4 adults in our party and worked for all of us. The battery lasted a really long time and external gave it that extra boost to last all day. I will be using it again in again for my future visits to Japan.

We had it for 4 weeks travelling in Japan, both big cities and countryside. Worked very well most of the time (4 people using it). Every now and then it suddenly stopped working, but a reboot or reset helped every time. Instructions for the reset operation were included.

convenient , user friendly but a bit high price

We visited Japan a few years ago. Renting a pocket wifi through JW was invaluable for our 2 week stay. Easy pick up (NRT) and return. Heading to Japan again and this was the first thing we reserved. Ordering couldn't be easier and the prices are competitive. Only issue this time around is that I can't pick it upon arrival at KIX because the post office closes at 5 pm and I'm not sure we can get through immigration quickly enough. So I've requested that it be sent to our hotel. Would have been nice to have it to navigate ourselves from KIX to our hotel.

Really good it was working every place we got.
