Worked flawlessly for the whole stay and for the whole family!!

Slightly cheaper than the competition that I looked at; also easier to deal with because you can just post the router back via any postbox in the prepaid envelope. Worked perfectly, and it is incredibly useful to have wifi for finding your way around in Japan. The only downside was that my whole family could log on to it and my teenagers got to play a lot of online games on their phones!

Can t avoid using it

If you plan to visit japan, internet is a must. There is no such a thing like getting lost in japan (litteraly) if you have this thing. It comes with a power bank so you are good to go everywhere. Just dont forget to charge it overnight, otherwise it wont last more than a day (12 hrs)

Just ordered my device online which was very easy, plenty of options for pick up and drop off, and much cheaper than some of the other providers.

The online ordering process was very user friendly and easy to navigate. On arrival ay my hotel in Tokyo the Wi-Fi device was waiting for me as requested. The device is very easy to use and provided me with very reliable high quality communication in my travels across Japan. A very economical and reliable means of communication, I would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone visiting Japan.

It was a life saver and worked perfectly and was so easy to get and return.

hotpot power lasted all day. fast efficient connection the whole time we had it. only improvement would be to lower the price even more. will definitely use again when travelling through japan.

The support team went out of their way to fulfill a last minute order, great service.
The device works great, high upload/download transfer rates, very steady and good coverage

Good & practically
