This little pocket rocket helped my wife and I many times during our trip from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka. Only issue we had was one day where the network was out, the following day we received an email from the company letting us know what had happened. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we paid for a day that we didn't get to use.

We read about the Japan Wireless Premium portable Wi-Fi before our trip to Japan and decided to order one. It could not have been easier. The device was delivered to our first hotel and was exceptionally easy to operate. We kept it in our day pack and had rapid Wif-Fi access wherever we went. With this service, we did not need to arrange for an international calling plan on our phone. Japan Wireless provided an envelope to use to send the device back at the end of the trip. We dropped it at the desk at our last hotel for mailing, but you can also drop it at the Airport. Great service that could not have been easier!

An outstanding service; the device was waiting for me at my hotel on arrival in Tokyo and enabled my family to maintain our various internet connectivity needs as we travelled in Japan for 2 weeks. Returning the kit by post at Osaka airport, in the envelope provided, was simple.

The product was in the place I was told. The instructions were precise and the process to pick up and give up was easy. The WiFi quality was awesome and the included external battery device was very handy. Price worthy. I would rent it again!

Very good

Wi-Fi was fab and worked everywhere we went. Only slight issue with heating of the product itself but nothing drastic and the battery life held well per day. It did require charging overnight & while I did also keep the complementary battery pack charged; I did not need it.
