Amazing service, a must hire for any traveler

Japan Wireless again has not dissapointed. This is the 5th time we have had you wireless and have never had any service problems. We are now traveling way out into the mountain and country side with multiple devices all connected. Thank you once again.

I never had a problem with your pocket wifi. I was using it the whole day and the connection was always perfect. The battery life of the device is excellent. I loved the possibility to pick up and drop the device directly at the airport. Thank you very much!

We were really glad we ordered the portable wifi. It was amazing to be able to be online almost all the time. The device was realiable - except for some remote places (like forests), which can be expected. We would certainly recommend.
