We hired this to support us during our 3 week visit to Japan for the Rugby World Cup - it met our needs perfectly. Collection and return was extremely simple and efficient - picked up at post office at Narita airport on arrival and returned by posting in pre-paid / addressed packaging supplied immediately before going through security departures at Narita. It was very easy to use and separate re-charging battery back not only helped with use time of the WiFi but also acted as back up support to battery levels on our mobile phones. Will strongly recommend to any friends/family visiting Japan and will definitely use on any future visits.. Brian Hexter

The instructions are ok but they need to be more detailed.
I only needed 10 day service but I had to ordered the plan with more days.
The service was good while I use it.
You can get free wifi in Narita airport to activate service.

Went to Japan for 2 weeks and ordered Japan wireless. Was very pleased with the internet speeds, no issues whatsoever. We had to change things around due to a cancelled flight and they were very accommodating. We received our refund within 2 weeks, not the fastest but it all worked out in the end and the premium speed was worth it

Worth every penny, never fails even in the middle of the mountain and the Forrest, last all day with the extra battery, best experience.

The pocket wifi I order was able to support three cellphones without interruption. I also appreciated the convenience of shipping to our hotel with short notice.
