Super easy to get, super easy de return it, it works super fast

Been using Japan Wireless everytime I go to Japan since 2015.
Reliable service. Helpful customer service as well.
Highly recommended.

I was really happy with the quality with SIM Card. I had no connection problems and the price was really competitive. I also found useful that i just can throw the SIM Card after its use. Would recommend.

Awesome product, no problem at all, easy to pick at the airport and easy to drop at the mailbox, at the airport too.

As usual, good quality of service and nice device.

Great device, fast internet, long lasting battery.

Japan Wireless is blessed. They have powerful service. They are experts of value.

This device was very helpful. It was waiting for me at my hotel front desk in Japan. With a full charge on the device, plus the extra battery, the wifi hotspot can easily go all day long. I was able to use Google Maps on my cell phone, with the phone only communicating by wifi to the wifi hotspot, and Google Maps had my location on the map, making it easy for me to find my way around and know my location.

Solved connectivity problems in Japan for me and my whole family, it was excellent. Easy to collect, easy to set up (I had 6 users connected in 5 mins), easy to use and easy to return; what more is there to say.

We have used Japan Wireless for a few years now and they have been exceptional. We tend to stay in Japan for between 3 and 5 weeks, with about 2 of those weeks in the snow and the product has never failed us.
