Solved connectivity problems in Japan for me and my whole family, it was excellent. Easy to collect, easy to set up (I had 6 users connected in 5 mins), easy to use and easy to return; what more is there to say.

We have used Japan Wireless for a few years now and they have been exceptional. We tend to stay in Japan for between 3 and 5 weeks, with about 2 of those weeks in the snow and the product has never failed us.

Great service!! Very easy to use!! Product was waiting for me upon arrival! Easy return. I was able to use until departure and returned at the airport. It made my visit to Japan very pleasant and easy to communicate with family and friends.

Pocket WiFi is a must for your trip to Japan! So easy and convenient to access. You just pick it up at the airport and drop it off at a mailbox in the airport. I never lost service. Didn’t need to use my hotel WiFi at all. It’s the best thing ever. Thank you Japan wireless.

The card was delivered at airport office as planned. Instructions for installation was easy to follow. Internet worked fine hotspotting from one to two mobile phones, even during our trip through the japan alps. To be safe we used hotel and train wifi when possible, but would probably have been fine anyway.

This product and your service was awesome. We never had any problems and the battery is very strong. We didn't even needet the powerbank, but it was good to have.
I will book this again on my next visit.
