I had this sent to my hotel in Fukuoka. No problem receiving and easy to mail back. Ordered a little over a week prior to arriving and there was a discount too. I had no problem with service even in some rural areas of the prefecture. It gets hot so I kept it on the outside pocket of my bag away from my body. Multiple people could join from my tour if they were in range.

The Japan Wireless modem and the back up battery pack worked faultlessly and were invaluable

Fantastic service and signal! Definitely recommend! The device lost service a couple of times, but following the instructions that come with the case, it reset perfectly each time. This was our first time to Japan (from the USA) and getting this hotspot was easy to pick up, use and mail back. Emailed the Japan-Wireless team a couple of times with questions prior to our trip and they were very quick to respond and very helpful!

Product worked throughout Japan excellently. The router was delivered to our hotel as requested and there was an envelope to send it back at the end of the trip. All very easy.

Sim Card pickup was pretty easy to find thanks to good instructions. I received personal envelope with nice welcoming message. Installation in the middle of busy airport took a few minutes and I was well on my way to enjoy Japan. Recommend!

We rent a Premium WiFi and we didn't have any problem. It's very easy to use and you have very good range.
You must rent one if you're travelling to Japan because it's very useful. Also, battery lasts longer than expected. We could use it all day with 3 phones connected on it.

Our first experience with Japan wireless was Amazing!. Efficient, convenient, reliable, easy and dependable. We encountered no problems reserving, picking up, using and returning the wireless router that came already fully charged with an extra portable charger and ouch. Would definitely use them again. Great experience.

Very good battery life and connection speed. Thinking back I would had saved some money and took the cheaper plan , which would be more than enough
