Fantastic! We couldn't have done our trip without it. Never had a problem with connectivity and back up battery was a life saver, good for mobile phones as well.

Order process and usage of the devices is very easy. I never had any problems. Would definitely oder again.

Rental process was easy and pricing reasonable. Have not received or used the product yet so can't comment.

Highly recommended . You can easily pick this device up at the airport and use it to get to your destinations !

It was great and we had connection the entire trip! Easy to pick up and drop off too.

Fabulous service from Japan Wireless

good connection decent device. i recommend this to everyone who has plan to visit Japan.

I have no complaint about the service and the box. Make sure you charge the box fully at night so that it could sustain till the evening the next day.

Worked great everywhere. Did not have to use extra battery since it lasted all day

The service was incredibly helpful for my stay in Japan, never had an issue with connection.
