Japan Wireless was easy to use and works. The unit was there at my hotel upon arrival, it was easy to use and drop off was simple. If you need a mobile WiFi in Japan, get them!

I always order via Japan-wireless everytime I have to go to Japan. I'm never disappointed ! Signal is perfect, autonomy is amazing !! The service was great as well :)
I will order it again the next time I will comeback to Japan :)

Best product wifi i ever used

Reliable network connection even in Hokkaido Mountain area. Recommended If you are visiting Japan. It comes with powerbank which unfortunately could not charge the Mobile wifi for Some reason, but it was not a deal breaker as the router battery is enough for a day of usage.

Simple on line to order excellent web site

For two people who don't plan on being next to each other constantly, this is the best option. The coverage and network speed were excellent. The SIM cards were delivered seamlessly to the hotel, despite the relatively short notice. My only two critiques are that I wish they would include a SIM extractor tool so we could swap the SIM cards immediately instead of having to find a shop with a tool to help us. The other thing is the documentation wasn't clear if we had to return the SIM cards at the end of the 15 days, which you do not. All and all an excellent service that is nearly flawlessly executed.

Spent 2 weeks in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. Very reliable coverage.
Package was deliver to hotel on time and return process is very easy at Narita airport.
