Great to have this little beast in my ski coat and never worry about losing cell service! Definitely recommend

We used this portable wifi while in Japan. We lost connection a few times, but there were instructions in the kit to reset the unit, which fixed the problem. It was easy to book it from Australia, it was delivered to our hotel on arrival, it had very clear instructions and was easy to return it by post on our departure. All in all, an excellent product that delivered everything it promised.

We had wi-fi throughout our trip as advertised. This was our second trip to Japan using Japan Wireless and we have no complaints.

The ease of picking up the device at the airport and the fill instructions for set up were great. The service of the wifi was perfect...always fast and reliable. The only reason I csnt gove 5 stars is I had issues using the power bank and wasnt able to charge the wifi device on the go. Would recommend this company and would definitely use again!

Most effective & most reliable...had reception in most areas of Hokkaido & power was reliable for the entire day.

Worked great in Hokkaido except had to reboot once in 16 days of use. Backup battery came in handy. Would definitely use again.
