Every time we have travelled to Japan in the last 10 years, we have used Japan Wireless. We are heading back early in 2023 and will be using them again. They are fast and reliable. The delivery is simple, and returns are even easier. Their customer service and technical support was excellent. I have no hesitation recommending them.

This will be my 4th rental from Japan Wireless. They provide lightning fast wireless modems, excellent service and competitive prices. Delivery has always been on time; returns are very easy.

We have gotten wifi from Japan Wireless twice before and have booked for a third time. Works great, price is right. We are able to have wifi on everyone's phones and it just works. I drop it in my bag with and forget about it. Highly recommended!

From previous experience, from ordering to returning everything flawless. Product was excellent. Performance excellent. Coverage excellent. Would highly recommend.

Simple to book. Customer service responds v quickly when i needed to change. Can't fault them yet.

I just rented, but it was very easy and the best deal I found.

I had 0 issues using it.

I’ve been using the service for over a year now. Wifi speed is good and stable. There are times when the device needs restarting, but other than that the device remains reliable both at home and on the go.

Website was easy to use. I made a mistake on my own behalf and the customer service was exceptional.

Very responsive customer support team. However, the speed was not as fast as expected. Might be because of my location. Still, it's good enough. Thank you!
