This will be the second or third time I've used this company. While many places in Japan offer free wifi, there is no beating the convenience of having a reliable wifi hotspot that you carry around with you wherever you go. Makes getting directions and info super easy, and therefore makes travel super easy!

Japan Wireless has also been super easy to work with! They offer great rates (better than their competitors) and the equipment has so far worked flawlessly. Great that they also include a separate power pack! Pick up and drop off options are flexible and have been really great! Especially that you can just drop off the hotspot back in the mail on your way out of the country!

TLDR: Have used them before, planning to use them again on our upcoming trip, and I recommend them highly!

Used the pocket WiFi on a recent 15 day trip to Japan and was so impressed ordered a long term premium pocket WiFi for brother-in-law in Setagaya since he has no internet at his apartment.

Great wifi fast and great connection at all times

Renting the pocket wi-fi was as easy as could be. I haven’t used it yet, but pick up and drop off at the airport looks to be seamless.

brilliant signal and excellent service, arrived within 24hours of ordering

Used their Wi-Fi service several times and I’m always satisfied. They are quick to respond even when needing an extension beyond end of service date. Wi-Fi speed is fast and dependable. Service even provides a battery pack. Thank you Japan Wireless for the awesome service, not to mention the reasonable pricing.

It was a breeze to apply for it. Having several option of collection point makes it easier with peace of mind.

When I purchased, the transaction was really fast and hassle free. The email confirmation tho went to spam messages so there was a bit of confusion, but I hope to receive the pocket wifi on the scheduled pick up date and time and hope that there would be no hassle.

I travel regularly for business to Japan. I’ve tried 6 or 7 different pocket WiFi companies. All have let me down. They either did not have the coverage I needed, or the battery life wasn’t enough, or worse they would throttle my usage.
When I finally found and tried Japan Wireless I was beyond words with their service. Coverage, battery, wide open internet, along with an easy website to navigate. I’ve been using them for the past several years now. Won’t use any other when I travel to Japan.
