Worked great! Will be using this service again my next trip to japan

Super convenient and super worth it! Just remember to charge whenever you charge your phone

This is my second time using their pocket wifi. Their plan is not the cheapest but if you are looking for great speed, light device and easy to use, this could be your best choice. My only complaint is it takes a bit time until you get the right person to see to your problem. HOWEVER, they did solve my problem at the end in a speedy manner.

Highly recommended wifi company in japan. They have the most affordable rates, also tested the signal even in rural areas. Staff are also responsive. Don’t hesitate to try their service. Thanks again Japan Wireless!

I’m a return customer, probably 4th time, got better battery life this fine. Very happy!

Very good it worked well and it was easy to order, pick up and give black.

Would use again! Especially the mail-service worked well.

Although I had some issues with my pocket wifi, their customer service was outstanding and willing to help. I didn't have enough time left in my stay for a replacement, but they were willing to refund me without any issues. I will use them again in the future.

I utilized pocket Wi-Fi for an 11 day trip and it was absolutely worth it! Pickup was easy and the rental unit was so convenient and easy to use. Plus the charger and external battery meant that I did not have to worry about a dead battery.

Both my wife and I used the same unit for our entire trip which saved us so much money in roaming charges and helped us avoid the hassle of throttled down Wi-Fi speeds.

I will travel to Japan again and I will rent a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless.

Brilliant wifi m, brilliant service!
