I had an excellent experience with Japan Wireless during my recent two week stay in Japan. The mobile device was waiting for me when I arrived in my hotel. When I left Japan, I simply left the device (in the envelope provided by Japan Wireless) with the hotel. The mobile WiFi worked well during my whole trip and the instructions are easy to follow. I must say the whole transaction was seamless.

The sim worked perfectly for me. I ordered two cards and it worked well with my Pixel but our second phone didnt work because it doesnt support the frequencies used in Japan. But thats on me for not checking beforehand.

The device was delivered to my hotel as requested. Was reliable and connected everywhere we went, invaluable for using maps and checking travel plans.
At Haneda airport I returned it into the public post box in the prepaid envelope. Happy to recommend it.

Unfortunately the charging cable didn't work but luckily we had one ourselves that worked so we were ok. It was great for what we needed. Took a while to get used to it but all good in the end.
