Pocket wifi was very convenient and fast! It lasted all day while we were out, and the portable charge that came with it came in very handy. Excellent service and easy returns!

I've ordered it online a few days before arriving in Japan but it arrived one day before I've arrived at the hotel, which was great. The instructions were explained in a perfect way both for how to use it and how to return it. The returning process was super easy.
The only thing I can say is that, let's say you book it for 10 days, you don't really pay for 10 days but for 9 and an half cause I had to return it before 13 pm. which I wouldn't consider an entire day.

Worked flawlessly throughout our trip. Ideal if you do not want to mess around with changing SIMs, and even better when you want multiple people to share the connection.

I ordered the data only sim from Japan wireless for the second time, it works well, delivery is flexible , the time period has lots of choice.

Pocket wifi with Japan Wireless was a good experience during my visit to and traveling around Japan. Signal quality was almost always good as were service speeds even when traveling. Compared to some of the other similar services, Japan Wireless had very competitive rates and beat most of the other options. When paired with the speeds and coverage provided, it is a clear winner for this type of service. Package was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and it was very easy to return everything in the provided envelope by dropping it into a post box at the airport before departure. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

The pocket wi-fi was delivered to my hotel in a few hours. It is very fast and a great connection. Very happy.

Great experience! Easy pickup and dropoff , easy use, reliable service. No issues! Would recommend.

Very convenient and easy to use.

Easy order process .

The service is excellent. I had already hired him on a previous trip and without a doubt they were my first choice for this new tri
