Very helpful, good battery life

llevo varios años usándolo y todo perfecto esta genial

Great service! Will use again.

The booking process was easy and straight forward. 5/5 would book again.

The device was simple and easy to use and never failed. It was fully reliable for my entire stay and never dropped a signal.

As an alternative to having a cell phone with data this service was a great option to have. It was very easy to pick up and very easy to drop off and made my time in Japan so easy to navigate.

Worked perfect! Pick up and drop off process was well explained and easy!

strong signal great!

It was incredibly convenient and easy to use, and made working while traveling, or just using my phone on the train (of which there was plenty of time) a much better experience. This helped navigate and search what I needed so much faster and reliable than my cell phone network service.

I requested a pocket wifi router quite last minute but Japan Wireless took good care of my order and sent it to my hotel as soon as possible. The package included everything I needed plus few nice-to-have items. The instruction was easy to follow and I was able to set it up in no time. The pre-labeled return envelope was very convenient. I'd use the service again for my next trip to Japan.
