Service was flawless. Got my devices at my hotel, used them throughout my trip, and slipped them back to a mailbox to be sent back at the airport.

very easy to use and very easy to return. thanks

Our premium wifi rental experience was terrific. Easy to pick up, use and return!

Reliable! Used it in tokyo, kyoto and osaka.
used it mostly for navigation (80% google maps; 20% search engines, social media, messaging apps etc)
Good speed for the most part. Slows down around night time, but manageable.

included power bank is a plus!

Easy return procedure using mailbox at the airport.

Overall, very good wifi to use in japan!

Rented for 2.5 weeks as we travelled from Tokyo to Hiroshima to Kyosan and it worked perfectly.

Great product and service.

The pocket wifi is easy to use and is convenient when you are travelling as a group. Collection and drop off is very simple as well.
