My other friend recommended me this gadget for my first trip to Japan. I’m so glad I rented this wireless wifii. I like the fact that it was already delivered to my hotel when I arrived. The set up was very easy. The battery lasts long and it fits in my pocket. Also, the return process was also easy. I’d recommend this to my friends.

Exactly as advertised! Straightforward process to pick up and drop off at the airport.I used it for 6 days over multiple cities (Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo).

Very good and easy to get

First time in Japan, and with absolutely no knowledge of the language, I was able to very easily locate the pickup spot, turn the device on, and connect to it. It worked perfectly the entire time I needed it. Would absolutely recommend.

Travelled with Family Late March. Ordered online, and pick up and return at the airport was a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Battery lasted almost the entire day and WiFi service was great. It was small enough to carry around in a pocket, and it made worrying about internet one less thing to worry about. Picking up and returning are fairly straightforward as well, so there is no hassle with picking it up.

I ordered very last minute before my trip, about 2 days before i landed and the pocket wifi was ready for pick up at the airport for when i landed. Only used for myself, so the battery life was never an issue for me either. Purchased the fastest one and had no issue with wifi speed.
